He used to be a professional Kickboxer and now is the president of O.C. Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts. He uses his company to reach out to give back to the community. He has worked with the Board of Equalization, the O.C. Board of Supervisors, Crime Survivors and is a counselor for the Boy Scouts of America.

He works with battered women and teaches people confidence, self-worth, health and nutrition. The number #1 loss of Judges in CA is from colon cancer, from sitting all day. Nutrition is different for everyone and it is related to 80% what you eat and 20% what you do! Then his nutritionist, Armando Ramirez told us some tips about nutrition. He recommended eating small meals, but 5 times per day with about 150 grams of protein per day and
drink about 80-100 ounces of water.
